The UnionDocs headquarters will be a home for an international community of documentary film makers that will include a cafe and bar, apartments for artists in residence, a gallery, and a cinema which will also function as a production space.

The project was awarded a grant from the New York Council for the Arts in early 2024 and is currently under construction.
